The company started trading in July 2009. Since that point the company has become VAT registered and had completed a number of very successful projects. The main office is located on the Nottingham/Derbyshire border near J25 of the M1. With this central location we can service thesurrounding towns and cities of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire comfortably. Whilst this is our main area of operations we would also consider projects further afield.
Our aim is to provide a service that no other building contractor can provide, from first contact to completing the project. We will providethe customer with every service that they could possibly want, from bespoke stailess steel goods to a one off summerhouse. There is simply nothing we cannot achieve working in partnership with the client. All of the projects undertaken to date have been within budget and on time, with 100% customer satisfaction.

Mode has a broad range of products that the client can select, from double glazing units to bathroom taps and services from Project Management to plumbing.
We are also able to provide enabling packs to clients for loft conversions and extensions.
Our Director, Scott Roberts I.C.I.O.B. has over 15 years experience within the construction industry. He started form learing the tradeas a plumber then went onto site management finally progressing to project management before setting up Mode Contractors in 2009. The company is fully up to date with CDM and Health and Safety regulations and is aware of the ongoing concern with waste management.
